SENDING EMAILS - ONE OR MANY OVERVIEW

Email template has 3 elements, Container, Text and Image. Each Template can have as many diffrent Containers as you neeed. Each Container can has as many diffrent Text Elements and Image elements as you need.


Please have a look at out movie for the basic how to change the existing Template or build one from “Empty” one container Template.

ONE TO ONE - (Sendig Email to few members)

You can send Emails to your "one" contacts. To "Me (preview)" this means to yourself for "testing" purposes.

You can send Emails to your "one" contacts. To "Contact" this is standard option all email sending software. To add more than one "Contact" at one line like Email, CC or BCC seperate them with coma (,).

You can add members to your "databese" of contacts by "Importing" them. Under the top right menu "Manage" select "Import"

ONE TO MANY - (Email Marketing)
EMAIL MARKETING:

1. Open TEMPLATE you want to "Send" and choose "Send" button. to You will see the following pop up.

    On the next step you will be abble to select:
    Members" you want to send.    Send to "Groups"










    You can send your Template to a
    "Group" of Contacts, you have created before.






    In both cases you will be led to the
    folowing screen


Select Add Members:

      By selecting add members you can add members from your members list. The next page will open:

LEFT

Subject:

Editable field. You can type here your subject line.


Account:

Selectable field. You can choose your acount (optional only for "multiple account users).


No. Of Contacts:

Numbet of Members reciving this email based on your selection.


SAVE AND SEND:

Save it ans sand it later.
Send = send now.


RIGHT
Template:

Your selected template you will send to your Membes. Ckick on it to see the template.

Send every [n] second:

Editable field. Amount of second between each email. Emeis are send "one by one" to
prevent beeing seen as spams. I send to a lot of "members" a ISP (internet service provider) can
"declare" it spam and not send it to "Members"

 



In list:

Number of Members in the List reciving your email based on your selection.

Select Members:

 

After selecting the members please return to the list with button "BACK TO MAILING"



SEND:

 

Bu presing SEND you will start send proces.

Sending window:

 

After selecting "SEND" a new window will open

Options:

You can "Stop" or "Continue: sending.

You can see sending statistics:
How many have been send and tine remaining.
When finidhed you see "Done" text.

Afrer sending is completed:

 

After selecting "BACK" a your last "mailings" window will open. you can open this window at any time by:

Choose your mailing:

 

You can choose your past Mailings by Subject or by Date:

Statistics:

You can see:

to whom was "Sent"
who has "Open" your email
which email adress was "Bounced" if the email was not deliverd (does not exist or the mail box is full)
and who has "Unsubscribed" if this will be an option in your email
